At present, there are two types of molding types for pulp molding production equipment: vacuum forming and grouting.
1. Vacuum suction molding
It is the most popular method of paper and plastic products. According to its structure, there are three ways: drum type, flip type, reciprocating type
Drum type: continuous rotation production, high production efficiency, large mold investment, high precision of mold processing, high technical requirements for equipment processing precision, a set of concave molds with eight sets of punches, CNC machining center processing molds, long processing cycle, Great investment. Because it is continuous production, it is suitable for the production of large-scale stereotyped products, such as trays, plates, wine trays and egg trays. For industrial molding production, due to non-standard, small quantity, small batch size, and large mold investment, it is not applicable.
Flip type: The return type production is less efficient than the drum type. It is suitable for medium-sized and non-standard production of industrial molding. However, since it is a set of concave molds with two sets of punches, it is necessary to use CNC center processing molds. The cycle is long.
Round-trip lift: The production efficiency is lower than that of the drum type, and it is similar to the return type. It is the common equipment used in the current wind. Because the equipment only needs a set of concave molds to support a set of punches, it does not need CNC center machining. It is especially suitable for industrial packaging products with non-standard, small batch size and fast cycle (the production cycle of industrial packaging products is usually within 10 days).
The grouting method is based on different pulp packaging products, and the required amount of slurry (material) is calculated and quantitatively injected into the molding cavity to be adsorbed and formed. This molding method is suitable for the change of the standard products, which are commonly used in tableware molding products. It is difficult to master due to stereotype calculation, and this molding method is not used in non-standard paper-plastic packaging (industrial packaging).
